Board of Education Press Release 1/12/10

NJH basketball season is right around the corner. They started practicing on November 16th.

Mr. Munz's eighth grade math class, Mr. Waldschmit's sixth grade science class, and Mr. Conard's sixth grade science class shared a lab class.

Starting up last week was this year's version of Mr. Williams' Government Stock Project. Each year seniors participate in a project that turns the classroom into a sort of investment company.

Mrs. Henson was fun to interview. The reason I chose Mrs. Henson for Teacher of the Month was  for being a great Journalism Teacher.

Have you heard about the broadcasting class? This is a class that makes the fun entertaining videos for us to watch every Friday.

Following last year's 11th place finish in state competition, the Kingman High School Scholar's Bowl team has struggled in their last three meets...

For the month of November the Junior High and High School got assigned a military box with a familiar name. They all had to fill the box up with supplies that would be use full to the veterans.

On November 6th, Kingman Elementary School was visited by Brass Discovery.

In a society like today's where anybody can know anything within seconds, is it really necessary to ban cell phones in class?
